The owner is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Excellent location, near many food restaurants, and Vincom Plaza. The Kids speak very good English and can answer any questions if you need help. I would recommend this place for any type of traveler, work or to relax.

Room is clean and good value, owner is super friendly. Comfy bed, full size fridge with ice cube tray, electric kettle, hair dryer, this room could easily fit a family of 3 or 4. There's some restaurants and a minimart nearby. Bus station is about 350m walking distance, so going there from the airport is a breeze.

the owner was very supportive, she is so nice and help us so much for the 1st trip in Ha Noi, location was great, and the facility is really clean. it’s good value and better than I expected.

Lovely owner, had a nice time at the hotel. just don’t expect 5 star facilities, it’s a stay in apartment, great for the price.
